Northwest Guilford remained a unanimous No. 1 in the HSXtra.com girls basketball poll with a convincing 43-27 win over No. 2 Ragsdale on Friday night in Jamestown. The rivals will likely meet again in the Metro 4-A Conference tournament and could meet in the NCHSAA Class 4-A playoffs.
