News & Record staff photographer Nelson Kepley's spent most of last week following the issue of marriage equality in Greensboro. His video covers those who waited from Wednesday at the courthouse for a decision from Chief U.S. District Court Judge William Osteen Jr., and at the Register of Deeds Office where supporters and detractors gathered as couples waited to legally marry. Ultimately a judge in Asheville struck down a separate court case, which invalidated state Amendment One, and Kepley was there to document the first same-sex marriages in Greensboro.
