This recipe, from blogger Sarah Hauser via the folks at Wild Alaskan Seafood, makes use of the popular “sheet pan supper” method of cooking a whole meal on a single sheet pan.

Such a method offers a lot of convenience, in the cooking and the cleanup stages.

Here, salmon fillets are roasted at the same time as garlicky green beans and cherry tomatoes. The balsamic glaze does double duty — it goes just as well with the fish as the vegetables.
