REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ROUTINE & EMERGENCY ELEVATOR SERVICES 20191301 Sealed Proposals will be received by the Housing Authority of the City of High Point (HPHA), 500 E. Russell Ave., High Point, NC for Routine & Emergency Elevator Services until 10:00 am local time, Friday, June 7, 2019. Any proposal received later than the specified time, whether delivered in person or mailed, will be disqualified. Faxed, emailed, or other unsealed submissions will not be accepted. The project consists of performing routine and emergency elevator services at Astor Dowdy Towers, Elm Towers, and Morehead Courts. The project locations are as follows: Astor Dowdy Towers: 701 East Green Drive High Point, NC 27261 Elm Towers: 701 South Elm Street High Point, NC 27261 Morehead Courts: 411 Park Street High Point, NC 27261 A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at 701 East Green Drive, High Point, NC. This meeting is not mandatory; however, HPHA strongly recommends that interested contractors attend.
