Request for Landscaping Estimates The City of Eden is seeking estimates for the following on the outside of the buildings at 104 Morgan Road (Nantucket Mill) and 206 Warehouse Street (American Warehouse) and in the parking lots on the west side of Warehouse Street owned by Nantucket Mill LLC and Piedmont Folk Legacies, Inc: (1) Removal of vines located on the fences and buildings in question; (2) Removal of all trash, metal, tires, pallets and down tree limbs; (3) Removal of all trees that are 6 inches DBH (diameter at breast height) 4.5' above ground and smaller; (4) Clean-up of all dense growth and bush hog; and (5) All trash and debris will be hauled off and disposed of. All qualified estimates will be evaluated and award made to the firm whose estimate is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Eden, all factors considered. The City of Eden reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers if determined in its best interest.
