ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS LATHAM PARK GREENWAY TIP # EB-5518; WBS ELEMENT # 50034.3.1 CONTRACT NO. 2014-053 CITY OF GREENSBORO, NC Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Thursday, February 6, 2020 by the City of Greensboro, NC in the Engineering Conference Room located on the 3rd floor of the City of Greensboro's Melvin Municipal Office Building for the above listed contract. The Melvin Municipal Office Building is located at 300 West Washington Street, Greensboro, NC 27401. Bidders may submit questions regarding the intent of the contract documents in writing to Mr. John Fersner. Sealed proposals may be mailed or delivered to his attention at the City of Greensboro Engineering & Inspections Department at the Melvin Municipal Office Building. This contract includes approximately 670 square yards (SY) of greenway trail installation, safety and guardrails, curb ramps, storm drainage, and roadway intersection improvements at the intersection of West Smith Street and Hill Street. The greenway trail and curb ramps will be installed along the north side of Hill Street from North Mendenhall Street to Battleground Avenue. Sections will not be awarded separately. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with all referenced plans and specifications herein. Plans and specifications may be purchased from the City of Greensboro for a non-refundable fee of $150.00 payable by check to "The City of Greensboro".
