Advertisement for Bids Sealed proposals for single prime bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. on September 25, 2019 at North Carolina A&T State University, Facilities Department, DeHuguley Building, 1601 East Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27411; Attn: Chuck Dixon, (336) 285-4511, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the construction of Noble Hall AHU Replacement for North Carolina A&T State University. Pre-bid meeting will be held 1:00 p.m. on September 11, 2019. at North Carolina A&T State University, Facilities Department, DeHuguley Building, 1601 East Market Street, Greensboro, NC 27411 The Noble Hall AHU Replacement will be constructed on NCA&T's main campus in Greensboro, NC. The project will be a renovation to replace a 60-ton DX/steam dual duct AHU with a new 60-ton CHW/steam dual duct AHU and associated air-cooled chiller serving Noble Hall. Bid Documents are available for inspection in the offices of RMF Engineering: 8720 Red Oak Blvd, Suite 370, Charlotte, NC 28217. Plans will also be available at the Electronic Plan Rooms of: McGraw Hill (Dodge Room), Reed Construction Data, NC Institute of Minority Economic Development and Construct Connect (formerly iSqFt). Complete plans and specifications can be obtained for a deposit of $50 (check made out to RMF Engineering, Inc.) from ARC (Charlotte.jobs@e-arc.com) (704.333.3009). Electronic (PDF) copies are available at no additional cost. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
