NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Guilford County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF GUILFORD vs. FREDERICK MARSHALL and spouse, JANET H. MARSHALL, and all possible heirs and assignees of FREDERICK MARSHALL and spouse, JANET H. MARSHALL, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 17-CVD-6345, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 25th day of June, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Guilford County, North Carolina, Greensboro, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Jefferson Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of Greensboro, Jefferson Township, Guilford County, North Carolina, described as follows: Beginning at a stake in the western line of the property of B.T. White, the same being South 12 degrees 17 minutes West 10.0 feet from B.T. White's northwest corner with W.B. Harrison, and running thence South 12 degrees 17 minutes West 186.04 feet to a stake, B.T. White's southwest corner; thence North 81 degrees 30 minutes West 120.0 feet to a stake; thence North 12 degrees 17 minutes East 186.04 feet to a stake; thence South 81 degrees 30 minutes East 120.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing one-half acre, more or less.
