NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Guilford County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF GUILFORD vs. VERONICA AIKEN and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of VERONICA AIKEN and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 17-CVD-6302, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 25th day of June, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Guilford County, North Carolina, Greensboro, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a new iron pipe in the northern margin of Larkin Street, said iron pipe being located 430.98 +/- feet from the northwestern intersection of Benbow Road and Larkin Street, and running thence with the northern margin of Larkin Street, North 52 degrees 03' 30" West 45.52 feet to a new iron pipe; thence North 38 degrees 20' 30" East 150.0 feet to a new iron pipe; thence South 71 degrees 57' 55" East 21.88 feet to a new iron pipe; thence South 52 degrees 03' 30" East 25.0 feet to a new iron pipe in the western line of Lot 381, Part 3 of Clinton Hills Subdivision as per plat thereof in Plat Book 8, Page 137, Guilford County Registry; thence with the western line of said lot, South 38 degrees 20' 30" West 157.45 feet to the point and place of beginning, as shown on a survey dated August 8, 1988 entitled "Map of Survey: Habitat for Humanity" by Wayne L. Stutts, R. L. S.. Subject to restrictive covenants and easements of record.
