NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Guilford County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF GUILFORD vs. GARLAND C. ELLISON and spouse, if any, and all possible heirs and assignees of GARLAND C. ELLISON and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 17-CVD-6282, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 25th day of June, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Guilford County, North Carolina, Greensboro, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of High Point, Guilford County, North Carolina, described as follows: All of Lot No. 3, Block D of the Frank and J.S. Kindley Property, formerly Mrs. Vail's property, a map or plat of which is duly recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 30 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Guilford County, North Carolina. Said property is located on the East side of Mobile Street in High Point, and is 100 feet North of Vail Street. Size of said Lot is 50 by 150 feet. Subject to restrictive covenants and easements of record. Parcel Identification Number: 0172915 The undersigned Commissioner makes no warranties in connection with this property and specifically disclaims any warranties as to title and habitability. This property is being sold as is, without opinion as to title or any other matter.
