GREENSBORO  - Bites and Pints (B+P) opened at 2503 Spring Garden St. in the space formerly Fat Dog’s Grille and Pub.

Fat Dog’s moved to 3021 Spring Garden St.

Mike Bosco, who owns and operates Westerwood Tavern, opened the Lindley Park gastro pub.

Bosco has a long history of working for and managing restaurants and bars.

He got a little help from Kristina Fuller.

Fuller is chef and proprietor of the restaurants Crafted: The Art of the Taco and Crafted: The Art of Street Food. She also operates Crafted: The Art of the Taco in Winston-Salem.

"We consider ourselves to be elevated and really fun bar and grill food," said Fuller.

The pub offers ground short rib and brisket beef signature burgers like the Breakfast with a fried egg and bacon, Green Chili with green chile and queso fresco, and Fancy Pants with goat cheese and red pepper and onion jam.

All-beef Hebrew National dogs come with a variety of internationally-inspired toppings.

The pub also offers Panini-style sandwiches and other items like Spicy Po Boy, Pulled Pork Sandwich and an open-face Chicken and Waffle Sandwich.

Salads, a small bite menu and a kids menu round things off.

The pub has full ABC and offers cocktails, wine, draft beer and craft brews in cans and bottles.

The pub is open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
