The new face of the North Carolina Republican Party is executive committee member Don Yelton.
(Correction: The Buncombe County GOP executive committee, not state.)
Whatever you say about him, the man is refreshingly honest.
He knows exactly what the new voting law is meant to do, and he's not afraid to say so -- in contrast to all those dissembling legislators and Gov. McCrory who enacted it.
Yelton isn't even trying to deny or explain away his words. He stands behind them.
Well done, Don!
Update: Republicans are pressuring him to resign? Guess there's no tolerance for the truth in some parties.
