Vigil planned for family that lost 2 children in blaze

The Asheboro community is also raising money to pay for the children's funerals.

ASHEBORO — An Asheboro family is trying to piece its life back together after losing a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old in a fire Saturday morning.

Andrew Trogdon, 5, and Logan Trogdon, 3, died in a mobile home fire at 3486 Buffalo Ford Road. The blaze, which started about 10:10 a.m., destroyed the mobile home.
