Davidson man charged with murder after alleged road-rage stabbing

A Davidson County man was arrested on a murder charge Tuesday after another man was stabbed in a road-rage incident in Lexington, authorities said Wednesday.

Derek Allen Gribble, 35, who lives on Ed Byerly Road in the Welcome community, is accused of killing Colton Edward Johnson, 22, who lived in the 300 block of Mount Carmel Church Road in Lexington, according to an arrest warrant and Lexington police.
